You’ll receive a full posture analysis and tailored sequences to your needs. I specialise in sport-specific strength and flexibility, postnatal posture alignment and balancing the body to relieve back, hip and shoulder pain.

Location

Choose either your own home where I provide all equipment and essential oils to diffuse so the studio calm stays with you all day, OR the Inglewood Studio, Wilmslow.

Once purchased you’ll be contacted to arrange your session time. Please check availability in the online calendar before booking. If your desired time is outside of Mon-Fri 9:00-15:00 please use the contact form for your request.
