Drawing on the traditions of Samhain we’ll celebrate the end of harvest, practicing reflections, honouring natures cycles, gathering with seasonal foods and fire, and finding renewal before stepping into winter.
Enjoy nature grounding to reconnect in the present moment, and gentle guided meditation to reflect and release the year. Connection with nature and the world around us is central to the changing seasons and is key to creating space for renewal so we can move forward.
Move through a deeply nourishing yoga session designed to cleanse the body, eliminate toxins, and promote optimal circulation to support your immune system. This carefully crafted practice combines gentle flows and restorative postures to leave you feeling revitalised and balanced. We’ll honour the seasonal shift of reflecting and slowing down.
After the session, we’ll gather around the fire with a delicious, nutrient-packed breakfast pot, seasonal treats and Herbal Tea.
