This is Yoga the Deeply way. A Hatha practice with mindful attention where the emphasis is on reconnecting with the mind, body and breath through slow flowing postures that ground you. Tune in to your energy, acknowledge what’s going on for you and release physical tension with anything else that doesn’t serve you. Session also includes guided grounding, breathing practices and guided relaxation to support you in listening inward. Ideal for beginners and experienced students alike. All abilities welcome. You’ll leave this session feeling calm and revitalised.Â
