We start each class with grounding and end with a guided meditation and deep relaxation. This is a time to come home to yourself, to honor your strength, and to feel held in a community of women walking a similar path.
Yoga is the ideal, gentle exercise during pregnancy and is highly recommended by health professionals as a way of maintaining physical fitness as your body changes and calming the mind.
