Slow flow hatha yoga. Weekly practices help build consistency for your wellbeing and self awareness. The aim is to be present in the pose and with the breath, not what it looks like.

Mats, blocks and bolsters provided

PRENATAL YOGA

Beautifully curated slow flowing class to release tension and deeply relax. Practice breaths for labour, birth and mindfulness.

Building foundational strength and balance to counter the poor posture effects of pregnancy and every day caring for baby

Bring baby along

A gentle practice to bring your awareness into the present. Enjoy visualisations and relaxation. Discover how dynamic the stillness is as you return to clarity and calm.

Bring a jumper and blanket

DEEP RESET

A 2 hour restorative practice to reset your nervous system, release stress and slow down. Slow flow and yin yoga, extended breathwork and meditation; preapring you for a deep nights sleep.

Bring a blanket. Closes with herbal tea | Once per month
