Deeply was born out of my experiences in sport, recovery and the need for mental and physical wellbeing. I've played sport all my life and together with a busy home life and career, I've found no more successful ways to condition, recover and reconnect with myself than Yoga and Pilates. I've been on a personal journey where yoga especially has been a powerful tool to recovery mentally and physically. With years in sports marketing working with some of the best athletes in the country, I'm now giving back to the sports community to help performance through balancing the body and creating space for a deeper connection to self.

This is a 2 hour slow flow yoga & introduction to breathwork event followed by brunch together in the cafe. Suitable for all abilities.
Location: The event space at sandylane tearoom.
