Join me for restorative Yoga, powerfully calming Breathwork, Meditation and Holistic Practices for a relaxing Sunday morning.
- 9am:Â Â You’ll be greeted with a herbal tea and space to relax.
- 9:15am:Â I’ll guide you through a grounding practice which blends slow flow with yin yoga to help calm the body and mind, and release physical and mental tension. This extended session will include therapeutic adjustments and essential oils to help deepen your release and calm your nervous system.
- 10:45am: After a short break I’ll guide you through a series of mindful breath practices to support mental clarity and deepen your connection to self in the present moment. Release held stress and anxiety to make space for something new. Once in this calming space you’ll receive a gentle seasonally themed guided meditation.
- 11:15: Holistic coaching session to support your seasonal transformation – set goals and habits that align with the season, create a personalised affirmation and a take home herbal ritual bag to support your autumnal energy.
- If the weather is dry we’ll take our final gratitude and reflection outside for a moment of forest bathing.
- 11:45 Following the session you’ll enjoy a nourishing autumnal spread including breakfast and brunch platter where you can regroup, refuel and meet your fellow yogis.

(Suitable for all abilities. All equipment is provided. Please bring a bottle of water & a jumper/blanket for the breathwork/relaxation).
