Yoga, Breathwork & Brunch
Join me for 2 hours of restorative Yoga and powerfully calming Breathwork for a relaxing Saturday morning.
A blend of slow flow and yin yoga helps to calm the body and mind, releasing physical and mental tension. This extended session has greater benefits of reducing blood pressure and heart rate, calming your nervous system and allowing you the space to come home to yourself. The introduction to breathwork session is suitable for new and experienced yogis, and enables you to try various pranayama and modern breathing exercises to free the body of held tension, stress and anxiety.
Following the session a breakfast and brunch platter with choice of hot drink will be served until 11.45am, where you can regroup, refuel and meet your fellow yogis. Experience a whole morning to slow down, connect to yourself and feel the good vibes of food and community.
(Suitable for all abilities. Please bring a bottle of water & a jumper/blanket for the breathwork).
