Postnatal Pilates Posture
This Postnatal Pilates class is designed to help mothers regain strength, improve posture, and counter the physical changes brought on by pregnancy and caring for your child.
Whether you experienced shifts in your physical strength and alignment during pregnancy, postnatally or are recovering from birth or c-section, this practice brings your body back into balance so you can exercise and continue everyday activities from strong foundations.
This class focuses on:
- gently lengthening and strengthening your posture
- realigning the pelvis and engaging your abdominals with control
- conditioning the pelvic floor
- easing muscles aches through the shoulders, hips and back of the body
- opening and strengthening the shoulders
- helping you to move with more comfort and confidence.
We always start gently with multiple progressions offered for those seeking a little more intensity.

Bring your baby along or come solo—this class offers the flexibility and support you need as you reconnect with your body.
Suitable from 6 weeks post-birth provided that you have GP sign-off. Also suitable for mothers looking to improve their posture however old their children. We ask that only babies under 12 months attend the studio with you. Please bring a blanket for your baby to lie on. All other equipment is provided.
