Just as each season brings a different energy, so does each phase of the moon cycle; so powerful it controls the oceans’ tides and menstrual cycles for those who sync with it.
The full moon is a time of culmination and clarity, illuminating what we need to release. As we gather, we set our individual and collective intentions to let go of old patterns, thoughts, and emotions that no longer align with our goals. This sacred practice will guide you through a journey of release and letting go, allowing you to shed what no longer serves you and create space for new beginnings.
