This is Yoga the Deeply way. Emphasis is on withdrawing from external distractions and reconnecting with your self and your energy in the present moment. Move the mind and body through a blend of slow flowing Hatha yoga postures that ground you, allow your energy to flow and close down your week by releasing mental and physical tension. This session also includes breathing practices and closes with regrounding and relaxation. Ideal for beginners and experienced students alike. All abilities are welcome.
You’ll leave this practice feeling calm, released and revitalised.
