Get ready for a summer of movement, creativity, and meaningful fun! The Empowered Kids Summer Camp is an unforgettable journey where children explore who they are, what they can do, and how to shine from the inside out.

Each day is bursting with joyful activities that encourage confidence, creativity, and calm; from energizing movement to mindful rest. Our days are built around play, exploration, and learning through experience, offering children the chance to move their bodies, open their minds, and connect with themselves and the world around them.

• Body Listening & Self-Connection—learning to tune in, slow down, and trust their own inner voice
• Chi Gong & Grounding Practices—gentle, flowing movement that nurtures calm and balance
• Mindset Magic—playful lessons in shifting energy, cultivating a positive outlook, and harnessing their personal power
• Nature Connection—forest bathing, nature walks, outdoor play, and grounding with the earth
• Creative Expression—journaling, affirmations, vision boards, and expressive arts and crafts that turn emotions into masterpieces
• Science & History facts—education and stories behind yoga, pilates, coaching & breathing for our nervous system, emotions and brain, and mindfulness that connect children to ancient wisdom and modern discoveries
