A 60 minute class is great for regular practice and grounding, but going beyond an hour gifts you a whole host of deeper benefits. In this Somatic practice we dive into longer breathwork, deeper postures and enter a hedonistic level of meditation and relaxation.
Focus is on calming the nervous system, boosting your immune and circulation, relieving physical and mental tension in a somatic practice. Ideal reset if you can’t make weekly classes or you’re looking to experience a deeper yoga practice.
We finish with a herbal tea and time for reflection.
