A 60 minute class is great for regular practice and grounding, but going beyond an hour gifts you a whole host of deeper benefits. In this Somatic practice we dive into longer breathwork and deeper postures to enable meditation and deeper relaxation. Expect to slow down and unwind to prepare you for the deepest nights sleep you’ve had in a long while!
Focus is on calming the nervous system, boosting your immune and circulation, relieving physical and mental tension in a somatic practice. Ideal reset if you can’t make weekly classes or you’re looking to experience a deeper yoga practice.
We finish with a herbal tea and time for reflection.
