Through gentle, adaptive movement and guided breathwork, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s wisdom, cultivate resilience, and create space for your baby. We start each class with grounding and end with a guided meditation and deep relaxation. This is a time to come home to yourself, to honor your strength, and to feel held in a community of women walking a similar path.

Each session is designed to support you in:

• Building confidence and calm for labour and birth
• Easing physical discomforts and muscle tension with safe, strengthening and lengthening postures
• Creating a deeper connection to your body and baby
