Meditation is a gentle way to withdraw the senses from external stimuli, calm your nervous system and reconnect to yourself.

Join me for a relaxing and restorative seasonally-themed guided meditation. Enjoy following the flow of this gentle journey through visualisation, body scans, breath and grounding to bring your awareness back to yourself and to the present moment. It is not about emptying the mind or controlling the thoughts but being in the stillness to draw our attention inwards so we can truly listen to the subtle cues and energetic shifts that our body gives us.

Slow down, feel lighter and release held tension and busy energy in the mind and body. Experience the stillness, peace and relaxation that lasts longer and goes deeper than just this class, to help carry you through the season with clarity and calm. Allow your energy to return, not from effort, but from ease, from letting go; from your inner sanctuary.

 

What to Expect?
– Start seated or lying down, supported by bolsters and cushions. (You can bring your own blanket to aid relaxation) The aim is to get super comfortable!
– You’ll be gently led through mindful breathing and prompts that help ground you and bring your awareness inward.
– Music, visualisations and guided meditation will help you relax, reconnect with yourself, and meet whatever’s there… with compassion.
– You’ll be invited to acknowledge and release all that doesn’t serve you, to find peace and relaxation for a few moments of self-focused meditation.

Your wellbeing practice is supported by my beautifully tranquil studio space designed to help you relax and reconnect with yourself. Bring a blanket, get comfortable with blocks and bolsters to support you, and close down the external world with a lavender eye pillow.

We end with time for reflection and a herbal tea.
