Description
Yoga is the ideal, gentle exercise during pregnancy and is highly recommended by health professionals as a way of maintaining physical fitness as your body changes and calming the mind in preparation for childbirth.
Each class focuses on relieving muscle tension, maintaining strength, practicing mindful self-care to focus on you and your baby, breathwork for relaxation and labour, pelvic floor care and relieving minor pregnancy discomforts. We open and close each class with a meditation and relaxation so each mother can re-connect with herself and leave with a sense of calm. This class also provides the opportunity to meet other expectant mothers in the local area. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
