About the Instructor: 

Cat will guide you through the entire course which was created during her third pregnancy. She creates a safe and nurturing space to support you on your unique journey. Cat is a qualified pre and post natal yoga and pilates instructor, and guides from her experience using a combination of yoga, breathwork and meditation for each pregnancy, labour and birth of her 3 children.
