Cat Sinton - Instructor & Coach
Deeply was born from my lived experience—years in the fast-paced world of elite sport and marketing, life as a busy mum, and a personal journey through burnout, post-viral fatigue, and mental health struggles. At every stage, I turned to movement, breath, and stillness—not just to cope, but to heal. To counter years of modern world misalignment physically and mentally. Yoga, Pilates, Breathwork, and Mindful Coaching became more than practices—they became lifelines back to myself. Tools that helped me reconnect with my body, quiet my mind, calm my nervous system and gradually rebuild from the inside out. I now bring everything I've learned—professionally and personally—into supporting others who are navigating similar paths.
When you're searching for self-connection, relaxation or realignment, it's important that you feel seen and safe. This allows you to go deeper into your practice without fear of judgment and to find joy in our practice together. That's why I've put together a space where you can learn a little more about me.

With 1-to-1 sessions you receive a practice that is 100% tailored to you, your body and your mindset. Ideal if you're training for a specific sport, suffering with posture -related issues or looking for a bespoke mindful guidance. Your session, your practice. Enjoy classes at times to suit you. Opt for Pilates and/or Yoga. If you’re subscribing to multiple sessions you can mix and match between both practices. A blend of the two is complimentary for sport and wellbeing. Group sessions are suitable for workplace wellbeing, practicing with friends or bringing your postnatal mum-friends together.
