- PLZ MAKE SURE THE BUCKLE RIGHT!!!: If the clip is facing the wrong direction, the safety strap won't tighten properly. Simply rotate the clip, and it should function correctly.
- DO NOT PUT EBIKE ONTO THIS RACK!!!: This rack is not designed for ebikes. Although it can fold 200 LBS capacity, it cannot secure the bikes safely during the transport. If you need a rack that fits the ebikes, plz check the ebike rack models.
