Its compact, IC-rated, Air-Tite™ design helps reduce airflow between conditioned and unconditioned spaces while supporting insulation contact. A standard E26 socket makes H27RICAT compatible with 5""/6"" HALO LED trims and 6"" traditional trims using incandescent, halogen, CFL, or LED lamps, offering flexibility across recessed lighting projects. Thoughtful, contractor-friendly features like 4 remodel springs and the Slide-N-Side™ junction box with Quick Connect™ push-in wire nuts speed installs and help meet code. The H27RICAT housing is of AirTite construction and prevents airflow between living spaces and unconditioned attic areas.
