All group classes are held in small numbers so you can guarantee that you get a practice tailored to your ability and energy on any given day. This reduces the chance of injury and increases your connectedness on your mat, no matter how you show up.

deeply yoga

This is Yoga the Deeply way. Emphasis is on reconnecting with the mind and body through gentle flowing postures that ground you. Session includes breathing practice and guided meditation. Ideal for beginners and experienced students alike. All abilities welcome. You’ll leave this session feeling calm and revitalised.

Prenatal Yoga

Gentle exercise during pregnancy is recommended to stay strong, healthy and to help alleviate many common pregnancy ailments. Yoga also benefits the mind and spirit during this time of great transition, allowing you to focus on yourself and baby, but also to relax and release any physical or mental tension. Prepare for birth through a variety breathing, postural and movement practices.
