Along the way, I’ll share a few calm-saving tips and techniques to help you navigate the festive period with more ease, humour and self-kindness.
Once we’ve softened head-to-toe, we’ll settle in for a cosy festive pudding platter and warm drinks — time to chat, connect, or simply enjoy the calm around you.
