Release and Let Go

Join me for a spiritually enriching Guided Meditation designed to help you calm the mind and body, surrendering to the self in the present moment. If you’re an over-thinker, busy person or hold the burden of responsibilities of modern life, then this meditation will give you permission to be still, and to find peace in that stillness. Meditation is a unique journey that looks different every person, each time you practice, but always allows the space to shine a light on what’s going on for you and what can be released that no longer serves you.

Shortly after the full moon we can mirror the releasing transformation of the moon’s waning phase bringing a different energy; one of culmination and clarity, illuminating what we need to release and creating space for self-reflection. We set individual intentions to let go of old patterns, thoughts, and emotions that no longer align with our goals. This sacred practice will guide you through a journey of release and letting go, allowing you to shed what no longer serves you and create space for new beginnings. Enjoy the lightness and clarity that comes from letting go in this refreshing meditation practice.
