Join me for 2 hours of restorative Yoga and powerfully calming Breathwork for a relaxing Saturday morning. Following the session brunch and coffee is available until 12pm, where you can regroup, refuel and meet your fellow yogis.
Note that your brunch, lunch, coffee or cake is not included in the ticket price. You’re welcome to stay after the yoga session even if you prefer not to order food.
(Suitable for all abilities. Please bring a bottle of water & a jumper/blanket for the breathwork).

Hi Cat, I’ve tried to sign up for this event but when filling in the form I was informed I already had an account! This is a mystery to me so I obviously attempted to change my password b it t the system prevented me from doing so.
Please advise and please register me for the session.
