With 1-to-1 sessions you receive a practice that is 100% tailored to you, your body and your mindset. Ideal if you're training for a specific sport, suffering with posture -related aches and pains or simply looking to build strength and stability. Pilates is a powerful way to realign the body building strength where there is weakness and lengthening tight muscle groups to holistically balance your body. You'll leave this session standing taller, stronger and with a feeling of effortless movement.
PERSONAL SESSIONS
Your session, your practice. Enjoy bespoke classes at times to suit you. Opt for Pilates and/or Yoga. If you’re subscribing to multiple sessions you can mix and match between both practices. A blend of the two is complimentary for sport and wellbeing.
Choose either the Inglewood Studio, Wilmslow or your own home where I’ll provide all equipment and essential oils to diffuse so the studio calm stays with you all day. Turn your 1-to-1 into a 1-to-2 by bringing a friend at no additional cost.

Sessions run during the week between 9am and 3pm. These are arranged directly with you on a weekly basis so you can change the time or day you'd like to practice. If you'd like a session outside of these times, please get in touch so that I can accommodate you.
