With 1-to-1 sessions you receive a practice that is 100% tailored to you, your body and your mindset. Ideal if you're training for a specific sport, suffering with posture -related aches and pains or simply looking to build strength and stability. Pilates is a powerful way to realign the body building strength where there is weakness and lengthening tight muscle groups to holistically balance your body. You'll leave this session standing taller, stronger and with a feeling of effortless movement.

Tailored guidance

Your session, your practice. Enjoy bespoke classes at times to suit you. Opt for Pilates and/or Yoga. If you’re subscribing to multiple sessions you can mix and match between both practices. A blend of the two is complimentary for sport and wellbeing.

Choose either the Inglewood Studio, Wilmslow or your own home where I’ll provide all equipment and essential oils to diffuse so the studio calm stays with you all day. Turn your 1-to-1 private session into a 1-to-2 or Private Group by bringing friends for a small additional charge.

Our body is a reflection of our day to day activity. It holds tension, strength and flexibility from habitual movements but also that of our overall state of wellness. We focus on your core posture to create a stable foundation for building strength and flexibility. Through small but mighty movements you'll be standing taller, experience less aches and pains, feel lighter and realigned.

Deeply Pilates

The Deeply Pilates practice was born out of my experiences in sport, recovery and the need for safe posture realignment postnatally. I've played sport all my life and I've found no more successful ways to condition, recover and reconnect than Pilates. With years in sports marketing working with some of the best athletes in the country, I've developed sport-specific programs to help performance through balancing the body and realigning posture. And knowing how challenging caring for a young family is whilst building back your own strength, I have a gentle but effective practice to safely release tension and grow core stength for mothers.

I specialise in tailoring sequences to your needs; how you meet yourself on your mat on any given day. Yoga practices support your whole being; mind, body and self. Want to shift your energy, feel more calm and grounded, there’s a yoga practice to support you. Your session doesn’t need to include asana (poses) if you prefer breathwork, mindfulness and guided meditation. Or pick flowing, static, or yin sequences that might better suit your inner state or the time of day you’re practicing.

Signature realignment

Looking for a holistic blend of all the Deeply Practices, uniquely tailored to you…. this longer session (90-120 minutes) addresses mindset, self awareness, posture, held tension and stress release to leave you feeling in tune with yourself and lighter. Includes a bespoke blend of coaching, yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, pilates, therapeutic adjustments and meditation.

Single or 6-Session Bundles available

Sessions run during the week between 9am and 3pm. These are arranged directly with you on a weekly basis so you can change the time or day you'd like to practice. If you'd like a session outside of these times, please get in touch so that I can accommodate you.
